Please note that by confirmation of your Somerset Studio Accommodation booking and payment of the deposit, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.

Payment Policy

  • All payments are required by credit card.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 3 working days prior to arrival.
  • All tariffs are GST inclusive.
  • All credit card payments to Somerset Studio are processed via Stripe secure payment processing facility.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cancelled up to 14 days before arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee, and the balance of any other deposit will be refunded.
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
  • Any cancellations made due to a change in the Covid levels within NZ, making travel impossible, will be refunded in entirety



  • The number of people occupying the accommodation is, under no circumstances, to exceed the number of people shown on the booking confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made directly with Somerset Studio.
  • No functions or parties unless agreed prior to the booking.



    • Check in time is from 4pm. 



    • Check out time is 11am.



    The guest agrees as follows:

    • To not have any pets on the property
    • There should be no noise after 10pm.



    Insurance and No Liability

    • The guest acknowledges that all personal items and vehicles (including vehicle contents) of the guest remain the guest’s responsibility and the Owner of Somerset Studio accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
